Missing context here is that she made a follow-up video where was very upset that people thought she meant poor people when she intended bogan to refer to obnoxiously uncivilized people who would harass her in public.
She also claimed she grew up poor in a bad neighborhood herself.
Also keep in mind she made this in 2006 and removed it so it doesn't need to be some terrible revelation about how she really thinks now.
