Yeah p7811fx, thats the same crap we hear from all the left loonies. Obama, you are the most arrogant, disrespectful pile of crap that ever squatted in OUR white house. He's sorry AFTER THE FACT he knew full well about the TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL half million dollar fly over. He was sorry AFTER THE FACT his loonies parked his limos on a policemans memorial. Hes always sorry AFTER THE FACT! I wonder if hell be sorry AFTER we all get blown off our homeland by his new Islamic friends?

I am a big Obama fan, but I wouldn't use the word "wasted" as it is disrespectful to the soilders who put their lives on the line for protecting america....for protecting our freedom

I served 3 years in Afghanistan and fought in units where american troops were embedded, I deeply respect everyone of them. And I strongly believe that that fight ist justified and right, for we chased and destroyed taliban militia and terrorist groups. And I believe that it's correct to continue that work over there, along with building schools, hospitals etc...
But Iraq, a completly different story. It was wrong and unjustified from the first moment on, and it has to stop. US can't winn Iraq.

You're right on Afghanistan, but wrong on Iraq. Why was getting rid of a dictator who idolized Hitler and waged war on surrounding countries and his OWN people unjustified? The guy had uranium 238, chemical weapons, missile technology, etc. He was creating a terrorist militant country. I think it's pretty obvious our leadership forsaw the danger and very possible alliance Saddam could have had, if he didn't already, with Iran, Russia, China, gaining power and weapons he WOULD have used.

2. The statement "we launched a war that should have never been authorised" is more than correct. First of all your current president lied about the reasons to invade Iraq (that Sadam was a tyran is true, but there are many other tyrans in the world where the US has no interest in participating). And Iraq was not participated in the fight against terror, there was no direct threat. It was all about oil from the first moment on, to finance the war-machine. And you can't justify that.

IamYasonBourne,
Your are clearly not well informed about a whole lot of things. Please note, I'm not trying to offend you, that's not the deal here. 1. Yes, there are a whole lot of countries in Europe with socialized healthcare. For instance i lived in Holland and paid about $20 per month for every treatment I needed (hospital, dentist everything..) I now live in Austria, same deal. I hate to destroy your (obviously) too positive vision of your country in that point.
