  • @baasbovenbaass looks mean nothing in a fight, look at fedor in his prime,a real dough boy.Nog isnt old,he past it physically though, dan is 6 yrs older but doing great, its an individual thing.Nog looked in shape but he hes weak in wrestling, always was and his boxing was always overated ,so is his brothers, they won boxing matches in brazil but the standard of boxing there is terrible.Neither brother has been impressive since pride.

  • @OxMan33 not only have i lifted for 20 yrs,i work as a sports rehabilitator for the last 10,human physiology and performance is my job.Nog isnt old ,hes mid 30s but has too much mileage on the clock and isnt the least bit sharp anymore and he never had good boxing and way too passive.Mir was incredibly strong for the carwin fight but got destroyed,in fact he had spent too much time on max strength when its not needed a lot in mma.Wrestling strength is very technique driven .

  • @scarred10

Dude nog was build for the fight his boxing was fenomenale,I agree it wasnt Franks best performance, but old people can fight too:p look at Henderson, randy couture.

    Nog was in terrific shape.

  • Also frank is right where he needs to be well rounded on all facets MMA so don't count him out Brock is my boy tho too an I'm not counting him out either so as long as there soon is a chance either of them can fight for the belt I'm happy win lose or head butt hahaha

  • @scarred10 he doesn't need more strength ? Hmmm sounds like something a guy who doesn't lift weights would say. Nog is old but throws heavy he took out young promising schaub right ? Frank weathered the storm an won. Also he dispatched of Roy Nelson which jds failed to do an if overeem can't get his drug test straight Mir fights Brock again an there is a possibility he would fight Brock again an jds would be healed up an to say not champion again uh it's a hard road not impossible tho

  • @OxMan33 he doesnt need more strength ,hes already has plenty. He'll never be champ again ,the rest are too far ahead now in wrestling and striking. He beat nog who should have retired years ago after pride, thats no great achievement.

  • Atta Boy Frank !!! Just before you fight again get back on that strength program you'll be unstoppable but excellent performance heart resilience an skill.. Hats off to ya !!!

  • The great Mir.

  • Yeah definitely anti I believe the same I relate my comment to football when barry sanders would shake everyone out of there clears an score he'd hand the ball to the ref an jog to the sidelines that's my idea on how to do it but yes confidence is necessary an that's when I leave it up to my boy chael sonnen hahaha he's a mountain of confidence !

  • @OxMan33 i Agree with everything apart from the humble part. That said i think its healthy for a fighter to have a certain self confidence.
