This video proves nothing. While using Sephiroth you will never be able to use his full power. And it's the same with the other antagonists. True stength, story strength can only be shown in scenes when you cannot use the characters because then there are no numbers and anything else.

OMG SERIOUSLY! how can you be fans of the FF series if you continually rant their characters? i mean their are some ups and downs about sephiroth and kefka but FACE IT! their both suberb villans in the video game world. whos to say ones better than the other? no one. it all depends on how well you play them. so stop shouting homophobic slurs eveywhere and be grateful for what square enix has given us :D
