Increase of life time of new work pieces
Surface cladding of tubes, pipes and components like valves and parts of aircraft engines allows finding the right compromise in regard to various technical and economical aspects of the industry.

To complete the technical base aspects of forged and casted parts high alloy corrosion, mechanical (abrasive) resistant overlays are realised by using adapted mechanised/automated arc welding processes, namely TIG/GTAW cold and hotwire,MIG-MAG/GMAW

The economical aspect is reflected by the possibility to use relatively low alloy base material for highly demanding applications. listImage

Retrofit of wear parts
Retrofit of wear parts allows increase of lifespan of expensive and heavily exposed components through rebuild guaranteeing the initial geometrical and metallurgical
characteristics.

Permanent control of the heat input
Entire weld control and mechanisation needs to be implemented based on the principle to gives the best possible control about dilution and in generally highest mechanical and metallurgical performances for the deposit weld metal. Thus you can adapt the welding program for each individual parameter (torch and work piece movement, welding current and wire speed). Those parameters may also be completely synchronized.
