  • David Wolfe is awesome. I can't believe the majority of people in our society don't take nutrition seriously.

  • I love Ya David, great compassion, but chicken & wieners not having protein? Meat & dairy has some of the most protein of any food for it's small volume. Now if eating lots of protein isn't good in that form by Your perception than that's another thing, but saying those don't have protein or very little just doesn't make sense, am I missing something?

  • @maidenkid84 This is now a conversation of Dogma, nothing more to say. Again though I love David, and i question everyone who makes blanket statements(including myself), or thinks they know "truth', that is rambling to me. Food religion. Thats awesome You don't eat chicken, I really think compassion is the best thing for this world, regardless.

  • @Myflesh101 you like to ramble. hot dogs are useless. cant handle the truth can you.

chlorella and goji berries are better sources of protein. by far. i'll never eat chicken again. dont need to

  • @maidenkid84 I don't say one thing is "bad" and another is not I can show value for various people at various times with cooking or raw. The whole of chinese & ayurvedic medicine finds much value in cooking food, so it all depends on your perspective & experience. Raw has great benefits for many people so all these outlooks have their own advantages & disadvantages. I've looked at and experienced far too much to generalize. Saying chicken & wieners is valueless for protein is a generalization.

  • @maidenkid84 Many cultures including the whole nation of India boils their milk, which is much more high heat than pasteurizing. So for many pasteurized milk clogs them up, not me. I haven't had a cold or flu in over 10 years, I kiss people with colds & flu, never get sick, I can outwork anybody at my workplace, this is not an accident. Plant protein in my experience has less value, but has high value for helping reduce animal suffering, which I think is the main advantage and is fantastic!

  • @maidenkid84 I think the word "Bad" is really a general statement. I'd say Bad for some, not for others. Also bad is a relative statement. I've experimented with All types of diets and all types of proteins over many years. Pasteurized Milk and cheese have worked consistently better for me than Raw milk & cheese. Some people do better with proteins that have been broken down slightly by heat. I do alright with Raw but better with pasteurized. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

  • @Myflesh101 you are missing something. pasturized milk is bad

  • David's my favorite. He's silly :)

  • Actually, it's not talking, but LISTENING to plants. Enter in a plan'ts aura, clear your head from thoughts, and just be. Information will come that will surprise you. It's communication - enter in their aura with respect for them as Life as one with you - and communication takes place.

  • David seems like a great guy. I love the customs talk, amazing. Im planting some goji berries for sure.
