I've been wanting to dye my locs for quite sometime, and in this episode, I attempt to dye my own locs for the first time. I've gotten my tips dyed before, but this time, I'm doing it on my own. Watch to see the results. Hope this helps!

i bleach mines 1st then add color. much better and color will show out more.

try bleaching your hair first

same thing happend to me the first time i dyed it, i found its easier to color the tips a light color like blonde or just bleach it first, the color shows upALOT better, but overall gud vid nd cudos to u for stayin positive, one of my favs on knottydreadtv

@kokofemme I agree - you did a good job LeslieMonique! I too want to dye my hair some day so watching vids like this really helps :) I used to wear brightly coloured braid extensions, like blue or purple so I'd like to dye my hair bright red or purple some day - not sure about blue lol!
