Me teaching you how to do the EB cross, quite a basic freestyle jump rope trick. This is the first of a few jump rope instructional videos I am making and as stated in the video I am not teaching any of the boxer freestyle skipping or the toad and the caboose, because videos already exist for them.

  • i tried doing 1:40... and the rope hitted my ear and its very red now..and i tried doing everything else so i have red marks all over my body... ;pp hehe but nice skills !

  • Hey i have a question,..umm how do u do a like backwards criss cross?? i keep trying to find someone who teaches it but theyre all too fast and ur the only one who does it actully slow so a person can actually see what goes where to do it..so do you think u can show me or on a video or something?Thanks!

  • @KoH4711 ok maybe I used my words a little carelessly, but even so, there aren't many things as hard or as calorie burning as continuous triple unders :)
