Fallout New Vegas: 9MM Pistol + Scope + Ext. Magazine

This gun is ridiculous. My character got Four Eyes and Trigger Discipline, but it still shouldn't be able to have better accuracy than a Fallout 3 Sniper Rifle.

Just look at that kill. And it's not a lucky shot, I can do it all the time.

@tinmaptd You press the button that it says on the pip boy when you highlight the 9mm pistol. It should say mods.

@tinmaptd Go to pistol on inventory and click L2 (for PS3) which is the 'mod' option, then you should be able to do it. Don't think you can remove it once you do this though.
