Is this meant to "defend" against a frisky first date?
If a guy has twice the reach, you're screwed. Instead of pushing into the nape of the throat, dig down hard into it, then follow up with a close quarter strike. Or, just punch to the bladder to buckle him over real fast. Also, if he gets close to get more leverage on the choke, smack him in the ear to blow out his drums. Or fist-grab a finger and break it. Don't mess with pressure points. Don't get cute or fancy. Just strike targets.

Kick the nuts like you are kicking down a door... Gouge the eyes out... Um how about taking a step back and running like hell before he grabs anything? The best self defense is prevention, not to be a victim. Unfamiliar surrounding? don't walk alone. Ask to be escorted. Use common sense. Assume the assailant is a trained killer.

friend if someone grabs your collar, or shirt with two hands, cup your hands, break away there grip, as you kick them in the nuts and throw a strong jab to the front or side of the face.
This is rediculous, women please try Krav maga or something better. Two fingr throat...maann...what tha hell? this will get you killed.
