This song in my mind is ABSOLUTELY, the best of this band. Listen to it on drugs? Shit, this song IS drugs. MGMT is so damn good, its our generations Pink Floyd, and I say this as a MASSIVE Pink Floyd fan of 14+ years(over half my life). Oracular spectacular is a tailor made tripping soundtrack to rival Momentary Lapse of Reason or Meddle. Thank you MGMT, no one else is making anything near this good these days. I may be overreacting a little but... fuck it, I'm moved god dammit.

@TheUnshamedMovement Actually I believe that they aren't devil worshippers because MGMT are pretty much hippies. They want happiness unity & love. That's why they aren't so mainstream... & the unknown force is the spiritual energy everyone's supposed to know about but technology, school, & work takes it away from us... That's what the illuminati wants.. They don't want us to have that higher conciousness humanity is supposed to have..

@TheLucidLenny I agree. The truth is MGMT are devil worshipers. Which isn't a surprise. Every famous band/musicians are satanist. If you listen to their songs they are talking about the unknown force (illuminati) and Satan.The Handshake is a song about how Satan came to them and offered them wealth and fame for exchange of their soul. a lot of people don't understand this song.

it talks about how we're all hypnotized by the dark (devil) which includes materialism & technology etc..

the "unknown force" is the 4th dimension we should all be able to see, but are too brainwashed to even pay attention

all this stuff would be solved if we all just lived in peace and put our attention more on nature instead of technology (it only blocks unity)
