Sony Handycam on Double Peak Park

This is a test of the new Sony Handycam HDR-CX550V on Double Peak Park on August 19, 2010 at 10am in 1080 HD (High Definition) video resolution. It has 64GB in flash memory, a 12 megapixel still cam, ultra-low-light capability, and a very effective anti-shake feature which smooths out jerky movement when you walk or hold the camera with unsteady hands. This is one of the best consumer camcorders at any price. However, as you can see, there is room for improvement in panning capability, which is a bit fuzzy when you move the camcorder too fast in any direction. Double Peak Park speaks for itself, of course. It is simply a spectacular park overlooking the Pacific Ocean almost 2000 feet below. Enjoy !
