Yeah, I am from Spain and I am studying in the States, learning English. I got a lil bit of French also and trying to improve it. Languages are, from my point of view, the key to success in a lot of fields. In spain we have mandatory English since we are 5 years old, but it is really lame and so when we finish High School our English level is really low. In Germany, as far as I know, English is a well-known second language for most of people, thing we should copy in Spain.
@Kapikatis Hahahaha, and, do you speak Italian or German or French or Spanish? It is indeed true that the knowledge of foreign languages is highly recommended and a good and useful thing, but for you and all the other people commenting here, sometimes it would be better if you think of learning another language instead of go there just knowing english and thinking that everyone else have to know your language. It is not your country, it is not your language. Adapt yourself to where you go.
@ohsoftball0140 Peace. I believe it's "bisschen" and not "bissien". It was Portuguese. The guy goes to Italy, intends to ask for a latte and uses the word leche when the Italian word for "milk" is...? Get it now? Ok, he's not retarded. He's just extremely dumb.
@gerbide My spelling's fine, mate. I came on a little strong, and for that I apologize. Either way, it's hardly appropriate to call someone mentally challenged for their use of a singular language. If, however, that's not what you were referring to, it's not appropriate to call someone mentally challenged for the way they think, either. Regardless, you're entitled to dislike whatever books you dislike, and I apologize for being a dick. Internet-anonymity syndrome got to me. Peace!
@ruebuscm I don't recall saying that, but you're welcome to hold all the imaginary arguments you want, as long as it keeps you from drooling. It should be a nice change from the building blocks. Your German is not bad at all (although the spelling could use some work). Have fun: Podes ir para o caralho com a merda do alemãozinho foleiro, atrasado mental poliglota.

@gerbide I know a little Latin, so I think I got the essence of your insult, too. ;) Is that Spanish or Portuguese?
