Well 420captain, you're spelling and grammar really drives home the point that "high school sucks big time."
You have really disproved the point....

Kids can find weed easier than anyone. The older one gets, the harder it is for them to find some. Thos ewho want marijuana to stay illegal must have a lot of hatred in their heart.

More kids use Cannabis then use Tobacco and Alcohol. Could it be that it's because it is easier for kids to get Cannabis? Why is that? Isn't Cannabis illegal? Shouldn't kids be unable to get Cannabis because it's illegal? If making something illegal made it impossible to get a product then we would still have Alcohol Prohibition. Wake up America Probationary laws don't work! Regulation works!

When I was 16 guess who was asking me for pot? 40 year olds! minors run the dope game which is why it is so prevalent in schools. a kid can get it way easier than an adult BECAUSE IT ISN'T REGULATED

I watched the rest. sry about my gramatical error's in my last post. im stoned. his argument that making it legal would make it more available to kids is BOGUS. if mom and dad smoke the kid is going to one day find it. and adults who want to smoke ,for the very most part can get pot any time they want it. and teenager's can get pot in 2 seconds these days.wouldnt u rather have the ability to buy it legaly and safely? i would.

First of all the human brain is developing until about 21 years of age; therefore underage use should be prohibited. For the dude arguing against; I can't believe anyone buys his arguments.
If we were to have had cautionary tobacco campaigns in its early years of commercialization how many fewer tobacco addicts would we have today?
Educate don't incarcerate.
The district attorney's concern about youth smoking pot is understood. But he fails to comprehend that the youth can obtain marijuana more easily then alcohol because it's sold on the street corner unregulated.
Legalize, tax and regulate. 70 years of prohibition and 40 years of the war on drugs is enough.
