Placed 1st at my talent show with his solo. It was improvised on the spot, and i'm not really satisfied with it, but oh well, this is my first video I've ever put up of myself playing drums. Leave some constructive criticism. Thank You.

the thing is with drums we cant play melodies, so that rules out a lot of possible techniques to demonstrate in a solo..therefore we have to use what we can do.....Dynamics, tempo and timbre being the three strongest....i think your good but try and experiment with other aspects of drumming, rather than just the all out powerhouse rock approach......

A Custom 16" Projection Crash A Custom 20" Projection Ride K Custom Hi Hat Top Qucik Beat bottom A 10" Fast Splash A OCDP snare which retailed at GC for 500$ Yamaha Flying Dragon Double Pedal - 300$ I don't know about you, but any drummer thats been drumming for awhile can tell that kit is well around $2000. There is do way a pdp was that much...cause i have been drumming for a while....and those are chepo sets. u have a what 4 peice with like 4 cymbals....i dont care if those are sabian aa cymbals or byzantine meinls....that kit was not 2 grand.....and learn some real beats and crap.....not to be a dick...but crappy solo...very crappy solo. Random beating around...was just like that fag travis barker..nothin special.
