Spence just laid the wood to little brandon james. Yeah Miami sucked so bad they held UF to 9 most of the night. He knocked the shit out of Brandon James. How is that not a good hit. Little James couldn't even hold on to the ball after the Michael Barrow like hit he took. After the play was over James went over to Urban and told him to keep number 31 and 25 away from him. James knew that a few more hits like that and the season would have been over for him lol. UF's RB hardly weigh a buck fifty. Its so bad that UF can't even run a simply I formation.

my football team played against sean spence and he shook hands and everything after the game. he was ridiculous in high school and i hope he continues to get better in the coming years. U all the way =)

The Canes are young, still, one more year & the ship will be back on course. The coaches know this, the alumni with patience & brains know this - same goes for the fans. It's impossible to rebuild something in 3 years that was completely torn down and deteriorated from within in 5. Depth is coming back, the young Canes are starting to "get it", the old Cane prototype player is being sought again - guys who want to compete & bleed Cane colors, regardless of those stupid rankings by Rivals

If you look at FSU's team last year, esp. in the skill positions, it wasn't as young as the Canes. They had 6 returning starters on O & 10 on D. Weatherford sucked, so they went with Ponder a Soph. The O-Line was all RS Frosh & Soph, but have the best O-Line coach in NCAA, Rick Trickett. Their D was basically all Jr's & Sr's and also on the 2 deep as well.

Canes had 10 different players score receiving TDs, 5 were Frosh. The 2 deep was littered with Frosh or Soph on both sides of the ball.

Canes were young last year that is a given. FSU was actually younger and they went 9-4. Miami will be much improved this year but that schedule really hinders them early in the year. It will be interesting how they come out of that tough early stretch of games.

In case that people didn't see that Nix needed to be fired earlier in the year, that bowl game finally solidified it for the Nix apologists. It's cool for the kids to go out to Cali & have fun, but it was a useless game for the Canes. Maybe helped make some connections recruiting wise out there, other than that, it was nothing more than getting 60 minutes of extra work in before spring ball and the final good bye for the Coker kids.
