@eyesaretrue Well I've had it for years and have had 1 problem. I went to their website and chatted with one of their techs. He sent me a updated software update and bang its been working ever since. Also check out the iPhone app answer calls to your magic jack on your iPhone also make calls from your iPhone using your magic jack number.

Yes I was not happy with the $10 extra but still I find it's worth the money.

Acouple months later and still pretty good

I use mine through a WI-Fi connection and find it's ok but sometimes the audio cuts out. On a Lan line it's perfect

I agree! I was telling my brother just ours ago to get a Magic Jack and I'd pay for it for him. We're also in Canada and I didn't see the extra $10.00 to have a Canadian number. That sucks for advertising but still cheaper than Ma' Bell, Rogers and Primus in any language! LOL
