yup bagal ng internet ko sa office. 3mbps plan pero bagal.. minsan mas mabagal pa kaysa sa dial up...

i value more the after sales support rather than this, and PLDT to me, in my 5 years subscription with them, is the WORST! they dont value what "customer care" means! but i must admit they're so good in sales promotion but they'll leave you without any respect to its phone helpless desk support! thus, i would appreciate if you can recommend other telcos which shows some customer care support, do you know one? thanks.

Mejo mabagal bro sa plan mo. You should get at least 75 to 85% of your subscribed rate is 3mb.

Siguro sa panahon na ito alam mo na dahil nagtanong-tanong ka sa ibang tao, pero kung hindi pa... Ang 764kbps ay kiloBITS, 1Byte=8bits. Ibig sabihin ang expected DL speed mo ay 95.5kBps as in kiloBYTES. Kung 76kBps ang download speed mo edi nakaka 80% ka sa MAX speed na possible (hiwalay ang burst speed na minsan ay 100+kBps for 3-5 seconds na random). At depende yan sa lugar, sa Cavite excellent ang PLDT, at may alam ang customer service basta't pangungunahan mo lang.

alam nyo mga kaibigan mali ung pldt eh dapat ung plan 1299 764kpbs something ung download speed hinde 76!mga baliw tignan nyo ung 1mpbs na plan 1000kbps ung download d ba malaki pagkakaiba wag na kasi tayo magkalokohan d2 nabwibwisit pa ako madaya lagi pa dc ayos na sana kaso lagi dc

I got plan 999 and i pay only 891.00 a month. I also tried globe broadband pero walang kwenta kaya lumipat ako sa pldt... so far ok naman ang pldt dsl.
