    after sitting for 10 min mine looks more like runny cottage cheese. The whey looks more like milk. Any idea why?

    OOOOOOO blanc means white in french but cos they can blanc is written b4 fromage so its like white.... something..... so satisfying using french after countless classes and never finding a use ;)
