    Great movie, critics panned it but what do they know. Casey Affleck was amazing. I thought the movie portrayed the fear they all had, and did a great job of showing how life probably really was back then..

    impecable performances by everyone. Beats me how Brad Pitt didn't get an academy award nomination for this role - he was just splendid. It's simply a great film, underrated though.

    No Casey outdid everyone in this movie. I was actually underwhelmed by Rockwell's acting but that mostly had to do with the part he played. Not much to act on.
