I only know that soundtrack was played in "The Pursuit of Hapiness" starring Will Smith. Great show, and this short clip is equal as well.

It wasn't the shoes, it was the fact that his were old and tattered so she could have new ones, it is the sacrafices parents make for their children and the fact that when they get older they finally realize what their parents do without so they can have! PAY ATTENTION!
