Oh wow....Yeah I have a diet...not always strict on it. I am not a coeliac but wheat and dairy cause joint pain. Only corn causes worse problems with pain than wheat so I have to avoid gluten-free products. I ride a bike every day for transport, and I do feel the walkingm then riding has strengthened my endurance, with c.f.s., so yeah, I'm interested to hear what you have experienced with excercise and becoming deconditioned. Thanks so much for replying! Good on you! ;-)

That was interesting, I'm looking forward to hearing the rest, or atleast more...I got the feeling the 'whole' story would take atleast 2 more videos. Hope you make them. Thankyou.(I have c.f.s. and I also come from an athletic familty. My dad was a marathon runner, and ran every afteroon most of his life. When I tried athletics at 8 years old I remember having a 'wrong' adrenalin' response. the shot to 'go' sent a wave of weakness through me...How do you think you got over c.f.s.? :-)

@hi771lrt Glad you liked them! I'm in the process of making the final part of my story right now, so I hope to post it soon! Clearing up major food sensitivities and sticking to a really strict rotation diet really helped me out a lot! But, it took a long time, and alot of determination before I started seeing results. After I cleared up food issues, I started on a really hard exercising routine. My body had become really deconditioned. I will talk in more depth in vids about how I'm healing.

Oh my, I can relate SO much with you! My entire story dates back to when I was 7!In elementary school when I had to run the mile in gym class , my face would turn purple and blue & it was SO hard to breathe!!! Plus, I have always hated those lights as well (and most definitely still do!)

@AmbivalentBliss Wow! It seems many POTS patients started having problems when they were young...this is such a strange illness!! I don't know what it is with the lights, but I've found that it helps to wear sunglasses in stores, even if I look totally strange!lol!

@FlyinHyy Store lights are definitely the worst! But, as I continue to heal, the lights are beginning to not bother me so bad, which is HUGE!! It really is amazing to finally know people with crazy symptoms like I have! It makes me feel not alone. WOW! That is amazing you have been healed from those things!! I've never heard of RND, but I will have to look that up. Part 2 is coming soon!:)
