the reason thats bullshit is because the ppl that make our technology do so for profit. our government isnt the front line of technology, its private contractors that do the work. money makes technology, not the manipulating power hungry government.

If you travel at the speed of light and i put a lightbeam beside you common sense says that the lightbeam will be right beside you since you travel at the speed of light.

But it isn't. The light beam will pass you at the speed of light! WEIRD??!?!

And... when you stand at the top of a skyscraper... times passes slower for the people on the ground 'cause they are closer to earth and earths gravitational pull.

The "twin paradox" has never made sense to me. Time slows down as your speed increases? Speed relative to what? Consider this. If the distance between two objects is changing then which one is moving? Therefore which one slows down in time?
