When i tried to burn a dvd using decrypter without shrink, it worked but no sound was on it? Do you know what im doing wrong at all or how to correct this?

when i do it, it keeps on saying "device not ready(medium not present, tray closed", what's wrong?

I use DVD Shrink and DVD Fab, but I think those are getting to old to use anymore. What were you using?
