I would say he does, actually. Are they really college kids doing interviews for a project? Are they lobbyist, trying to get support? Are they aids for a rival congressional candidate trying to get damning dirt from him?

I'm sorry, but if some random kids came up to wanting you to immediately answer there questions, would you be happy to? And he's a politician, for crying out loud.

As I see it, both parties are at fault. The kids should have called his office first and tried to set up an interview. Also, the congressman would have been further off just ignoring them, not confronting them.
