Bobby Ray "Bob" Etheridge (born August 7, 1941) is the former U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 2nd congressional district, serving from 1997 until his defeat in 2011. He is also a former county commissioner, state representative, and state superintendent. He is a member of the Democratic Party and is currently a candidate for Governor of North Carolina[1].

I moved to a certain area where Bob Etheridge does assemblies at an elemetary school every year. One day while talking to my friends they told me about a nice second grade experience they had. Someone was talking and a lady dragged her kids up on stage by the neck and said "satans a liar satans a liar." She started to pull a gun out of her purse and Bob Etheridge tackled her.

The National Republican Congressional Committee acknowledged in Nov. 2010 that the "students" were their operatives and that this was a political ambush. In fact, this video was used to defeat Etheridge in his re-election campaign that year. Look it up.

@deanosumo Yes. He lost his seat in Congress, but slime oozes around anything put in it's way. The current governor of NC, Bev Purdue is not running again because she was going to get her ass kicked, So Bob Etheridge steps in to run. This will be his opponents's first ad.
