@GDorofu Agreed. Parents have no responsibility anymore for their kids. It's the job of the entertainment industry to raise our children now.
If you're a parents and you don't know what movies and games your child is watching and playing your not doing your job and if you're working a lot and don't have time to monitor you're children ....Don't have any fucking kids! In fact fuck the children...

the drinking age is set at 21 because that is when the human brain is fully developed. She is naive in believing what conservatives preach about everything they don't want the new generations to have.

Did video games cause the Holocaust? Did video games cause 9/11? Did video games result in the Killing Fields in Vietnam? How about the Salem Witch Trials? Yeah, didn't think so
If some idiot plays Grand theft auto and shoots someone because he or she supposedly can't tell the difference between reality and fantasy, thats their own problem. That person is obviously mentally unstable
Should we really ban certain video games just because some people are too mentally unstable to be exposed to it?

no the poin is is better to have you children playing video games at home tha have them in the streets doing drugs
Video games are clearly labeled with age appropriateness. Parents are stupid and can't take the blame for their own poor practices.
If we're going to ban violent games, why stop there. No one should ever be able to read "The Catcher in the Rye".
No one should ever be able to watch "Saving Private Ryan".
Do you people see what I'm saying. Get involved in your children's lives. Share their interests. Know what they're doing.

finally someone who has done Violent videogame research talks some sense a few politicians,
and as naturally, the politicians don't take him seriously because they did not hear what they wanted to hear.
so sad that politics is like that.
But when the videogame generation grows and takes the office, the lies and slander against videogames by those who know nothing about videogames would some day ground to a halt and we can get closer knowing that there is no answer to solve real violence.
