Heh but this video only shows games on meego and frankly they look very dated. I use productivity software from Android with no issues at all....and thats from my Android phone and Android Nook color. Where are the benefits with meego on things like email and web browsing or office type programs? I really cannot see it being much different.Sure its nice to stay with a linux platform but not just for the sake of it when there are better solutions out there already.
@davejheath Android on tablets atm is a play-OS. It's fun for games and usable for reading email, but it's not a *productivity* platform.
On MeeGo, you have access to an unrivaled number of productivitu apps, including OpenOffice/LibreOffice, Evolution/Kmail, Desktop Firefox, Desktop CHrome, and basicly almost any application ypu can install on Ubuntu, can be installe on a Meego-device.
Furthermore, it has desktop-like multitaking - none of the pausing/sleeping of apps like you have on Android
