14. Scotland did get colonies via the British Empire. It's the Empire both England and Scotland worked together on mikey, England wasn't the only contributor to it!

1. Correction: The British took over one quarter of the world's land and population. British includes Scotland, Wales and Ireland too.

2. We were ruling ourselves just fine actually.

3. England never conquered Scotland. Plus, The Union was an option. The reason we said "Yes" was due to the fact it would help prevent Wars from breaking out between England and Scotland ever again. Remember, The main combatants against the Jacobites were Scottish. Just keep that in mind.
