  • i agree. be careful that big food companies put in preservatives in foods after pastuerizing it. its crazy. go the natural way, ferment them or buy real organic fermented foods. i can help you with that

  • I'm sure chemical hair dye and facial plastic surgery is quite good for you body, too. Within moderation, of course. Sally would know.

  • DR- why be so critical. You have suffered and nearly lost your mind. I have been down the same neurotic path as you. Learn this: We are ALL different. All the stuff you teach does not apply to all. It never will. You are responsible for you! God gave you to you to take care of you the best way you know how. The critical spirit can destroy any person overnight. You teach about LOVE. Love is understanding. Love is patient. Love is kind. I have been where you are at now. Try to stop. Shalom.

  • @batfly Thank you for your response.

  • If you want a history behind the benefits of eating fermented food... look no further than the Asian diet.

Foods such as Kimchi for example...

I speak from experience... fermented foods are perfectly healthy and life saving... whereas the dead food you get from the grocery store is slowly killing your libido and overall energy and general desire to live a happy life.

    Good luck with your life.

  • @cocobrownallaround

Too much for you maybe but not us healthy people.

  • @durianriders Too much plastic surgery.

  • @ coco - Some fermented foods taste quite different then what we have grown accustomed to, but others are quite common - sauerkraut, pickles, yogurt, cheese, chutney, certain soft drinks

  • It looks like she has had some plastic surgery done to her face. I saw pictures of her from a while back, maybe several years, and she looks totally different. I don't know too much about her or the Weston A Price Foundation, but some of the foods they suggest for people to eat sounds disgusting. Fermented foods don't really sound that good to me, yuck. I do agree with not eating processed and industrialized crap, but some of the advice offered seems to much to handle.

  • 0:35 "but now we know that you absolutely need those bacteria in your intestinal track"

What's an "intestinal track"? Did she mean "intestinal tract"?
