it's not her changing the tempo. if you knew kleiber and if you had seen the whole opera you'd know that kleiber loves to play with the tempo and he's a master in doing that. always in the favour of the dramatic action.

not everybody loves obraztsova's singing. i myself love it and it fills my heart with joy.

This is AMAZING! I ADORE their voices! And what a deep, dark, voluminous and seductive mezzo voice Obraztsova has!

She is awful. This is my favourite aria from the opera and she's just not up to par. Sounds like she has a cold and she's out of breath! Poor Placido having to deal with this!
