this looks absolutely delicious! i am sort of domestically challenged, looks a little bit out of my league, but i might try it! :) do you let it cool after putting it in the cups or put it in the fridge?

Yes, I completely forgot to mention that you allow it to cool in the fridge after putting it in the cups. :))

You don't have butter, Syrup, Sugar, almonds(you don't really need almonds though xD)?

Those small cups thingies are maybe hard to find, I don't know, but you could always check online :3

Haha, every video I see, and every recipe I read, doesn't matter if it's for fudge or knäck or whatever, they all mention the no-stirring rule, and how you're supposed to brush down the edges with water and stuff... I've ignored it my whole life XP Never had any problems.. I stir my knäck (not a whole lot, like whisking, but just every now and then), and it's never any different from the ones my non-stirring friends make :P
