This is my first attempt at compound buffing. I think what i need to to do is start at only 2'by2' spaces. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. This is harder than it looks! Found that out..

  • WAY too much product. Reduce your work area and slow down arm movement.

  • How much compound did you use just on that one side of the hood? Three or four pea sized drops of polish on a preloaded pad for 2x2 sq. ft section is all that you should need. You are wasting to much polish for such a small section.

  • use a uniform motion, allow the wax to dry for 5 minutes before removing, i use meguiars compound for swirls, than hit it with nxt 2.0 wax, takes me 2 days to do, but the shine is worth it
