Compound Buffing

This is my first attempt at compound buffing. I think what i need to to do is start at only 2'by2' spaces. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. This is harder than it looks! Found that out..

WAY too much product. Reduce your work area and slow down arm movement.

How much compound did you use just on that one side of the hood? Three or four pea sized drops of polish on a preloaded pad for 2x2 sq. ft section is all that you should need. You are wasting to much polish for such a small section.

use a uniform motion, allow the wax to dry for 5 minutes before removing, i use meguiars compound for swirls, than hit it with nxt 2.0 wax, takes me 2 days to do, but the shine is worth it
