http://www.krsnovels.com benefits of taking Niacin, I am talking about the benefits of taking Niacin, and how Niacin helps you with skin, brain power, memory, depression, and blood circulation. Niacin also helps lower cholesterol.
I had hundreds of milia and pimples on my cheeks since the age of 13, I am now 25. I took Niacin 500 mg nightly before bed the last two weeks...and was in tears just yesterday when I realized my skin is finally, for the fist time in my life, completely cleared. Niacin is a miracle. Yes, the flush is painful and intense at first, but if you've had acne, you know there is nothing you wouldn't do to cure it. Please, if anyone reads this. Try it. Just make sure it is the flush kind ( nicotinic acid)
@jackomanblow Where did you get your information? Please give us a source. I know for a fact that niacin DEFICIENCY may contribute to seizures. I'm interested to see this study that proves the opposite is also true.
be careful when using Niacin. It can cause liver damage and it can cause seizures in normal healthy people. 500mg is enough to cause a seizure. 250mg is a good amount to take to be on the safe side.
what about non flush niacin?
