I'm having hard time logging in into my beta account. It always says TIME OUT after the loading when I click start game. Since I got my beta, I only logged once.. & I barely made it through the Limsa Lominsa cutescenes & then they kicked me out, server error. How can you guys stay for too long and even make videos?

@MshariAlBarazy Heh This was Second Beta running like for 2 weeks and ended 5th August 2010 so you won't login anymore. I managed to get Thaumaturge Rank 10 and Physical level around 17 or something with some Botanist and other gathering classes.

All the way through the beta there were quite a few maintenances so you could be unlucky to be caught by one :P

Beta 3 starts mid August as Square says and all characters are being deleted anyway.

@chector86 Aaaw, guess I was out of luck then. Couple of questions though: 1-Will my Beta account remain valid for the Beta3? 2- About the gameplay, we heard that this game will be like WOW, meaning you can't change your job.. so if you choose a Gladiator you can't change to Archer in mid game for instance.

I had like 5 classes at Physical Level 12 !

Actually you can train ALL the classes on one char if you wish but class level and physical level are separate things so if you distribute your points from physical level for intellect then there is no way you would be a good warrior right? :P

You change your class by simply equipping weapon for chosen class.

Oh and if you got Beta invitation once it remains until the game is released or you get banned.

Are there slash commands for emotes at this time? Or do you have to pick them from the list? Love the video :D

@Pepperfroth as far as I know slash commands exist but were not meant for all the emotes yet - thou I just picked 'em up from menu as I didn't know them :P

More text commands will be implemented in Beta 3 which will start in 1-2 weeks.

Square really is doing great job with implementing all the ideas / suggestions from the Beta testers feedback forum.

More to come if I won't get banned from beta 3 :P
