This event is to raise awareness about global warming. The First Single Step is a movement to get people to start taking initiative to reduce global warming. We believe in doing our part to help combat global warming, we are one step closer to a greener earth. You can do something about it by:

3.Use Low Wattage Compact Fluorescent or LED Light Bulbs

[WHAT IS THE DOWNDRAFT SYSTEM?]
The downdraft system creates a healthy environment for the chef and customer, and provides a delightful dining experience. Approximately 63% energy can be saved using the downdraft system compared with the updraft exhaust system (canopy hood). The downdraft system is a cost-effective energy efficient method to combat global warming.
