  • " im here to shoot dennis wolf " see if that bullet can go through his muscles :-\

  • Go, Denis Wolf! His physique is more impressive to me than bloated physiques that win Mr. O's.

  • @localboi25 Ever since Dorian, I reject any bodybuilder who does not have the muscle hardness that Dorian did. Wolf has it! It seems to me that with the same level of body-fat, the bodybuilder with muscle composition greater in type II muscle fibers - IIa,IIb and IIx. will look harder than muscle composed of slow twitch. I call the latter "soft muscle" I wonder if there is a technical term for this. Anyway, I just checked out Heath, and he has too much "soft muscle", as impressive as he is.

  • @localboi25 Yes, massing up quality muscle will be a very hard trick to do. Dorian did it, but his discipline was meticulous. I read some of his dieting journals, and I cannot even imagine such discipline with diet. Now I have look up Phil Heath because i forgot who he is.

  • @Kreimehn Agreed, but i do think it will be hard for him in a way especially now since phil heath is now in the picture. But i really hope dennis wins multiple times, he deserves it after his top 5 finishes in almost all of his recent competitions. I think he needs just a little more work on his calves and dieting, because right now he indeed does have the largest and best upper body

  • It's time to work out and lift....And i'm all out of weights

  • This guys about as natural as plastic.
