for these it doesn't really matter at all. he (or someone) obviously does a quick photoshopping to get the contrasts similar. but i wouldn't worry about using the same camera to get that style. any SLR can take these and editing the contrast would take about 5 mins tops. i wish i could make cool clothes and shoot models all day long.
