HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- The father of a Colerain Township man who died in an explosion at work files a wrongful death lawsuit.Zachary Henzerling was 20-years-old when he was killed at Environmental Enterprises last December. He's worked at the Spring Grove Village company for three weeks.His father claims the company did not properly train his son or provide him with the proper equipment.Henzerling was using a reciprocating saw to remove contaminated filters which caused the explosion.OSHA issued 22 violations against the company last summer.
