F350 winch standard servo-runs like crap but I'll order a high torque one; I could use another from another vehicle for now.

hey, whatd you use to power the winch, a servo or a very low turn motor?

btw, its on the 3rd channel right?

I used a standard Futaba servo though a high torque servo should be used; I wanted to make sure it would work before I hacked a more expensive servo.

And it's on a 4th channel, the 3rd is used to shit the 3 speed tranny.

i once got given a "rc truck" to repair and the only thing that worked was the winch. cool only because so unneccesary.

@undrOtheObridge i made one out of a old high torque servo. it was a stearing servo so i took it apart and disconected the broke of all the parts that kept it from spinning 360degreez and hoocked it to a 9volt battery
