I review the first TRAILER for the new J.J. Abrahms Star Trek movie, as well as re-enact a scene from the best Star Trek movie of them all, Wrath of Khan.

  • Fricken awesome :D

Also I liked the movie a lot but that's probably because I saw it in May at the Sydney Opera House and got this close to Mr. Quinto but chickened out on doing the obvious.

  • The obvious being what... cutting off his head and sucking out his brains while spouting bad dialogue?

  • how are you not a partner yet?.. haha dude your so funny

  • Oh, I'm a partner... I'm just incredibly underachieving.

And YouTube won't let me monetize these movie videos for some reason, even though they're completely protected under Fair Use.

  • As long as you use that smexy voice to review trailers, I will always tune in. :)

  • Anything for you Becs.

  • SPOILERS: Spock cuts open Kirk's head and steals his powers of seduction

  • Your Kirk "Khan!" impression wasn't angry and loud enough.

Pretend you're trying to split the planet in half with your rage.

  • Shy, you were not completely wrong. IMHO.

  • KHAAAAAAN!!!! You should play Khan in the new Star Trek XII !!!!

  • I liked your Wrath of Khan impersonation, good stuff! Also your comment about the best place to build a massive star cruiser is on the ground had me cracking up!

  • You weren't wrong....sigh!

  • Shyaporn - This was fantastic! For added material for you to review/snark on/be inspired by, I refer you to the Shatner/Nimoy panel Dragoncon 2009 (in 8 parts). Watching Shatner mock his own public persona of megalomaniac is worth watching in it's own right, as is watching Nimoy ask him if he's "seen any good movies lately?"; but I also think there's added bonus of source material in there for you. ;-)

Keep up the great work! I've now wasted two days going through your work, thanks! :-D

  • u look like stephen chow!!

  • "Icoic midwestern crossroads?" I'm here in the midwest, Wisconsin infact and I have yet to ever see a dusty crossroads like that. Hell half the summer we're getting flooded, just last year a Wisconsin town was abandoned due to the extreme damage from flooding, and an entire lake was lost because the flooding destroyed the leavies that kept the lake as a lake. The flooding last year cost Wisconsin millions in tourism dollars alone.

  • Amazing acting. Yours. Having seen the movie, theirs wasn't as bad as I expected from a group of people cast as look-a-likes.

  • Dude, you rock.

and spock's been emo fro the get go, look at his dad >.> (Excuse me lol.. i'm a child of a trekkie who refuses to watch star trek, cept for nostaliga when i've seen most of the star trek movies lol)
