@Daithipiper Yes, there is one kick in Heian Godan. The mikazuki geri followed by the elbow strike. Still, this guy added a weird bastardized side up kick type thing before it. I've never seen that one included before, but I know a lot of groups do it slightly differently.

If your referring to the horse stance side hook kick (as NO KICK) then you must refer back to the original master doing pinan 5. Gichin Funakoshi did do the kick as well.. now on this particular video however, This gentlmen does add a front kick.. but nonethe less.. this is a hein godan form
