yeah,
first i started an audio recording in quicktime, them start a screen recording, then just add them together using imovie.
it works great if your not showing your face in the video but if you are its hard to get the audio in sync with your mouth moving.

They should make programs called iWank, iWantToTouchYourGenitals, iPorn and iCum.
Should come with the mac by default. No one wants to use iPhoto or any of that crap. iWank ftw.
