Nice, nice playing. Your tone really taps into the delta age. I've spent years trying to get this song down and I'm still a ways away from being satisfied with it. Your version has given me some new insights.

Heh, I wish I knew! Music theory isn't really my bag. Mostly I play the tune using d7 shapes on the bottom 3 strings (gbe) or dshapes on dgb strings... that help any?

Thanks for stoppin' by and checkin' out my blues! This is another one of my favorite tunes. Rory Block did a version of this called "Kind Hearted Man Blues" which was one of the first blues tunes I learned.
