@skykillz To sideload you can download xaps using WP7 3Mktplace and deploy (load them on you phone) with Windows Phone SDK 7.1

To Re-lock i suggest chevron unlock software to relock it.

@skykillz Sideload apps = yes( limit is 10 i think.) Bazaar = no. We need a custom ROM for that. I have a Focus Flash also.
