The New York Philharmonic on a visit to the DPRK performed at the East Pyongyang Grand Theatre on Feb.26, 2008
Put on the stage were the DPRK's Patriotic Song, the U.S. national anthem The Star-Spangled Banner, WAGNER's Prelude to Act III of Lohengrin, DVORAK's Symphony No. 9, From the New World, GERSHWIN's An American in Paris, BIZET's Farandole from L'Arlesienne, BERNSTEIN's Candide Overture and orchestra Arirang.

if we know anything about n.korea, their outer representations have always, throughout their entire history, been deceiving. we must understand that we can't simply buy into what they appear to be, including the people. most often they only portray the lives and opinions of the upper class people in pyongyang, a great minority of the north korea's population. and that goes the same for their diplomatic moves as well. they've pretended to be strong whenever they were weak and in financial crisis

the US and their international partners need to work together to remove this evil obese midget and their oppressive regime out of this world. and you pointed out that the people in that country know what its like to suffer famine and the country exists. but thats not because they still support their gov't, if you still don't know whats really going on with that, you need to do more research into the people of north korea and what really goes on, and not consider only the facts on the papers

and i think everybodys tired of seeing them act like a huge baby, always blaming the US for threatening to remove their regime. people need to remember that nobody forced them to put themselves in this type of international isolation, it was kim jong il and his evil regime trying to keep it going as long as they can keep their bellies full even if it means torturing and robbing of their people's basic human rights.

and who are 'we'??? but you're right, everyone knows north korea has no capability of attacking US soil, and they never will. so why does the US government costantly peddle this bogus threat of north korean aggression? if anything it's the other way round. will the US defeat north korea? absolutely NOT in a conventional war + people in that country know what it's like to suffer famine and starvation, and the country still exists.

everyone knows north korea has no capability of attacking US soil, and they never will. please don't get dramatic, north korea is the one who's raising their voices, but in reality literally begging the world for money and more lobster for kim jong il. Just because the US lets north korea have their ra-ra moment every now and then doesn't mean we don't know the truth. North Korea, you will surrender, and we will defeat you!
