While taking the May Kaidee's vegan Thai cooking course here in Bangkok, my wonderful instructor Pi On took me across the street to buy hand-made rice paper from the rice paper later to prepare spring rolls for class. Fresh spring roll paper beats store-bought any day. Too bad there isn't a tortilla lady here.

  • @coolhkbuddy Bangkok, Thailand in Khao Sarn Road Area but most places in Thailand have these little rice paper places, you just have to look for them.

  • Hello...what's the exact ingredients to make the spring roll paper? What kind of flour you're using? Can be use all porpuse flour? Please can u teach us step bu step from making the dough ingredients to the final to make it firm when u touch the burner? I tried it once but it's not the same u made...it doesn't holds the pan well and made ticker than yours.Thank you.

  • @japerezd1 That's not me. I have no idea how to make rice paper, I buy it from vendors like this woman since I live in Thailand.

  • I've tried making my own rice paper rolls. While it may seem easy to this woman, it really is an art.
