1 kg meat, 12 dried whole red chillies, 1 ts whole black pepper, 12 cloves, 4 black cardamom md, 1-1/2" cinnamon, 1 md onion, 1 large garlic, 2' ginger, 1-1/2 ts cumin seeds, 2ts salt, 1-1/2 ts coriander powder. 3 min pressure time, one large onion for frying in oil, 4 cups best quality rice, soaked for ½ hr in warm water, yakhni + water in rice cooker total 5-1/4 cups. When water finishes sprinkle shah zeerah on top. ½ ts

  • @shakeelakhan o ho, you must use best quality rice for pulao, 1.2 hr soaking time is ok. water in pot may be 1 1/2 times. but not sure
