it's so interesting.... the age of consent changes from one country to another, In Mexico it's 12yo if you can believe it. no all they said was his daughter a year younger no longer attends that school, do you blame her, most likely she goes to another high school. The news media has stayed away (rightfully so) from his family. The girl he is dating (and now living with) is doing at home studying,basically home school.

If he wasn't her teacher, honestly i wouldn't care all that much. he had a position of authority over her, so it is beyond disgusting. Also yes they are still together today. She went to court with him last year for the charges he is facing regarding this crap. "no we waited." Really how dumb do they think people are. thankfully his kids aren't discussed in the news (i have family out there).

but the issue is not whether they had half-asses crushes on each other before she turned 18. 50 years ago this wouldn't be as big a blip on people's radar. he quit before they started having sex. she was 18 the first time they had sex. he is already divorced from his first wife if not in the process of getting a divorce. while this is emotionally wracking for all parties involved, technically they have obeyed all laws.
