I dont have a house, no money, my mother and father live here, so I live here.

This is the story of Parveen and fifty thousand other children who live permanently on the streets of Calcutta.

Aafreen Alam spent a month in Calcutta seeking to understand a way of life that has not changed for the last 300 years and doesnt seem to be doing so anytime soon.
